Comment: Had a house fire and what a mess, my insurance agent suggested I use this company and they were great. They cleaned up the damage, replaced the wiring, and replaced the drywall etc. I was sick to my stomach, but when they were done, I ended up with a nice kitchen and you'd never know we had a fire.

Thank goodness I used these guys because I was going to use someone else before my agent told me to call these guys. If I would have used who I was going to use, it wouldn't have been insurable because the other contractor wasn't licensed and bonded. I called a few other contractors and they just seemed to be about doing a 'cheap and fast' job instead of doing it correctly. Troy, explained to me what was needed and what was wrong, I'm so glad I hired them. No complaints.

Comment: They did a great job on my roof and gutters. Their price was reasonable, and I financed part of it with them. My complaint is they were supposed to start on Monday but could not start until Wednesday because of weather. It took a few days after completing the roof to get the gutters done to because of snow. I just wanted the work finished before I went on vacation and had to wait until I was back to check their work. It was fine, I just wasn't happy I wasn't there the whole time.

Comment: I had a roof leak and had several guys come out and look at it and they all quoted me replacing it. Ashton and Steve looked at it and said it was repairable. A lot of contractors just want to sell you on a new roof, but these guys patched it and gave me 10yr warranty and it was 75% cheaper than replacing it.

Comment: I used another company to install my roof about 3 years ago and now I have storm damage, so I called the manufacturer of the shingles because I had a 30yr. warranty. Finally, I got a representative out to look at the roof and they refused to warranty the roof because the contractor that installed it wasn't certified. I got a hold of these guys and Troy was able to work with the manufacturer and got some of it covered. But I still had to pay them to mostly redo it all. In the long run, learn from me. Ask to see their IL license and verify they'll stand by their work and will be covered. That's just my advice.
