Comment: Putting a roof on is expensive and if you're spending that kind of money on a roof you don't want someone that isn't licensed and bonded. Beware there are too many 'shady' contractors out there and you'll get what you pay for. For me, I went with these guys, and it's been a few months and I'm so glad I did. Never just hire someone because they gave you the lowest price. These guys are competitively priced and don't do shady work. I recommend them 100%.

Comment: I hired another contractor to do my roof and that contractor messed it up. Troy came out and showed me just how screwed up things were. Unfortunately, they had to tear off everything the other contractor did, and this cost me a lot more than just having Troy do it to begin with. Live and learn, if you need roof work done then don't hire anyone else. Thank god they have payment options.

Comment: These guys were great, I just wish they were cheaper. I called around and got 3 estimates and they were more than one and less than another, so I picked them. **Update** Afterwards, I was glad because the cheaper company did my neighbor's house, and their roof is leaking, and they don't return calls. Thank goodness I went with Virgina's because they are bonded and insured and certified roofers.

Comment: I like I was able to replace my roof and make payments! Two thumbs up. Ashton, their expert technician really impressed me with his knowledge and getting it done properly with Steve. Troy was the bomb when it came with dealing with the City Inspectors and Insurance Adjuster. I just sat back in my lawn chair and drank a beer and watched them work. They worked like a fine turned machine and I'm glad they were doing it and not me. My wife wants them to build a deck off the back of the house for us and pour a concert pad this summer.

Comment: I used another company to install my roof about 3 years ago and now I have storm damage, so I called the manufacturer of the shingles because I had a 30yr. warranty. Finally, I got a representative out to look at the roof and they refused to warranty the roof because the contractor that installed it wasn't certified. I got a hold of these guys and Troy was able to work with the manufacturer and got some of it covered. But I still had to pay them to mostly redo it all. In the long run, learn from me. Ask to see their IL license and verify they'll stand by their work and will be covered. That's just my advice.

Comment: Wanted some things cleaned up and a shed tore down. I'm getting too old to do this stuff. Not a big job, but they came over and took care of it. While they were here, I had a flat tire on my car. Steve took it off and took it to have it patched for me. He didn't even charge me, I just had to reimburse him for what the tire place charged to fix it. So, I bought him and his worker 'Doug' a pizza for lunch. A nice bunch of guys and reasonable. The owner stopped by and scolded me for feeding the help, he said they'd get spoiled and would now want lunch every day. He was joking of course, but he and my cousin hit it off as they talked about their Army days and what the Cubs will be doing this year. Comment: I had a fire and my insurance company recommended them. Great job, no issues. Thank goodness I used these guys because I was going to use someone else before my agent told me to call these guys. If I would have used who I was going to use, it wouldn't have been insurable because the other contractor wasn't licensed and bonded.
