Comment: Had them do some river rock and landscape timbers around my rental property. Looks nice, oh and they poured a new sidewalk for me too. I wish they did blacktop work, but Troy told me they do everything but that. It's so hard to find someone, half the people don't speak English nor return phone calls.

Comment: They did a good job, but they didn't start when they said they would. They were 3 weeks late starting on my roof. When I called Troy, he said it was because of bad weather and they were unable to start. I was just told a start date and was never told they couldn't install the roof if it was snowing and raining. Couldn't they just shovel off the snow? I just thought they'd start when they said they would.

Comment: I needed someone to simply mow my lawn, not landscaping, or trimming, you know like the teenage kid down the street use to do. Everyone I called wanted $50+ and they charged me for edging and trimming regardless. A friend recommended these guys, and they simply charged me $35. What a relief, because I'm on a fixed income. I also wanted some weed & feed to put down, they charged me for a bag from Menards and only charged me $10 to apply it. They did a good job and Steve told me they do charge more for lawncare, but they have a simple mowing plan if you just want your grass cut and a little trimming. So, they were exactly what I was looking for.

Comment: Had a house fire and what a mess, my insurance agent suggested I use this company and they were great. They cleaned up the damage, replaced the wiring, and replaced the drywall etc. I was sick to my stomach, but when they were done, I ended up with a nice kitchen and you'd never know we had a fire.

Comment: Man did these guys kick butt on my roof. I've had 3 other companies come out and try to fix a leak I had been dealing with for two years now. Steve said the other guys were just roof cementing it and that's why it keeps leaking. They tore out around by chimney and built a cricket and re-flashed it. No more leaks. I should have had these guys do my roof 3 years ago instead of hiring ********* (redacted).

Comment: I like I was able to replace my roof and make payments! Two thumbs up. Ashton, their expert technician really impressed me with his knowledge and getting it done properly with Steve. Troy was the bomb when it came with dealing with the City Inspectors and Insurance Adjuster. I just sat back in my lawn chair and drank a beer and watched them work. They worked like a fine turned machine and I'm glad they were doing it and not me. My wife wants them to build a deck off the back of the house for us and pour a concert pad this summer.

I called a few other contractors and they just seemed to be about doing a 'cheap and fast' job instead of doing it correctly. Comment: Putting a roof on is expensive and if you're spending that kind of money on a roof you don't want someone that isn't licensed and bonded. Beware there are too many 'shady' contractors out there and you'll get what you pay for. For me, I went with these guys, and it's been a few months and I'm so glad I did. Never just hire someone because they gave you the lowest price. These guys are competitively priced and don't do shady work. I recommend them 100%.

Thank goodness I used these guys because I was going to use someone else before my agent told me to call these guys. If I would have used who I was going to use, it wouldn't have been insurable because the other contractor wasn't licensed and bonded.
