Comment: I had a couple contractors look at my roof and Troy impressed me the most. Also, the other contractor asked me to pull the roofing permit. I didn't know any better, but I went with these guys because they got back to me and followed up. They were a little more, but when I asked Troy if he wanted me to pull the permit. He said, what a silly question to ask. When I told him the other contractor said I had to pull the permit because it's my house; he said that's because the other contractor was NOT licensed (red flag). He told me licensed and bonded roofers pull the permit, and if anyone ever wants you to pull the permit then they're 'shady' and not licensed or bonded. Thank God I dodged that bullet.

Comment: I like I was able to replace my roof and make payments! Two thumbs up. Ashton, their expert technician really impressed me with his knowledge and getting it done properly with Steve. Troy was the bomb when it came with dealing with the City Inspectors and Insurance Adjuster. I just sat back in my lawn chair and drank a beer and watched them work. They worked like a fine turned machine and I'm glad they were doing it and not me. My wife wants them to build a deck off the back of the house for us and pour a concert pad this summer.

Comment: I didn't have these guys do my roof, but my father did and said I should ask Troy to come over and look at the workmanship before I paid the other contractor the final payment. Ashton and Troy came over and I know everyone has an opinion, but they pointed out several things that were wrong. They only charged me $75 and it was the best money I spent. The other contractor was pissed and tried to argue with me, but in the end they fixed it. Not sure if they do inspections or it was just a favor because my dad knew Troy, but I'm glad they helped me out. I should have just called Troy to begin with, but he was backed up and I didn't want to wait and I thought I could save some money.

Comment: My dumb a** was out BBQing on the back deck and had the grill to close to the siding and went inside prepping the chicken and when I came out, the grill had melted the siding. Was I pissed at myself, and sick to my stomach. My husband was pissed, so we called and talked with Troy, and he came out and looked at it and told me it wasn't really that bad, but it would just take some time to fix it, more labor than parts. Troy worked with my insurance and got some of it covered and impressed my husband. I came home yesterday from work and was surprised it was all fixed. If I didn't know any better, I wouldn't even know there had been a problem. There's just a slight color difference and Troy told me that once the sun works on it, it will fade and probably match 100%. So, no more BBQ grills next to the house because my husband had Troy build me a beautiful BBQ area with a concrete pad and kitchen counter area which was his little surprise to me.

Comment: Had them do some river rock and landscape timbers around my rental property. Looks nice, oh and they poured a new sidewalk for me too. I wish they did blacktop work, but Troy told me they do everything but that. It's so hard to find someone, half the people don't speak English nor return phone calls.

Comment: These guys did great. They did what they said they would do, and I was glad I hired them. I called a few other contractors and they just seemed to be about doing a 'cheap and fast' job instead of doing it correctly. Comment: My furnace went out and it wasn't working so I called around and got ******** (redacted) to come look at it and the repair guy said the main board was bad and it would be $400+ to replace it (plus labor) and it would 3 days before they could get the part. I mentioned it to one of my co-workers and she said to call these guys. She said I know they do construction and thought they had furnace people too and maybe they could fix it. I talked to the owner, and he sent out Troy and Chris and they got it working. The batteries on the thermostat were bad and there was a broken /bad wire. It was less than $5 in parts and a $75 service call. I have no idea why the other guy said the main board had to be replaced, but Troy said that a lot of people just start replacing parts.

Comment: Putting a roof on is expensive and if you're spending that kind of money on a roof you don't want someone that isn't licensed and bonded. Beware there are too many 'shady' contractors out there and you'll get what you pay for. For me, I went with these guys, and it's been a few months and I'm so glad I did. Never just hire someone because they gave you the lowest price. These guys are competitively priced and don't do shady work. I recommend them 100%.
